This retreat exceeded my expectations. The venue was absolutely beautiful and created the perfect setting to step away from everyday life and properly reflect. Every detail was thoughtfully organised, the pace of the activities felt just right, and there was a great balance between learning, connection and time to recharge.
What made it truly special, though, was the group of women. It was inspiring to be surrounded by such supportive, thoughtful UX leaders who were open to sharing their experiences and learning from one another. I left feeling energised, with new perspectives, meaningful connections, and the confidence to make positive changes in both my personal and professional life. Attendance Criteria
As all Flux events, in order to attend, you must be a woman who currently holds a strategic leadership role in UX & Design (e.g., Head of, Director, Team Manager, or Principal & Staff IC), with significant responsibility for leading teams, driving vision, advocating and /or shaping the direction of your discipline. We all also ask that you have a minimum of 10 years experience in UX & Design. And most importantly, you must be someone who genuinely wants to connect with this network in a kind and authentic way.
You must also read and agree to follow the Flux Code of Conduct.
