  • Flux Convergence is designed for Women in UX & Design Leadership to come together, build new connections and learn from one another. 

    It is not a 'trade show' or large scale industry event - it's an intimate curation for Women in UX & Design, by Women in UX & Design. 

    You will hear directly from these women and learn how they are navigating UX & Design leadership. You will hear how they are tackling challenges, the lessons they've learned and some of the insights they want to share with you. 

    Flux Convergence is open to members and non-members, but please ensure to check the criteria below before purchasing a ticket.

[Online Workshop] Rethinking Feedback

  • From exploring the three different types of feedback to understanding how useful information can be lost in vague labels, this session helps to reframe feedback and the way we engage with it (both to deliver and receive). This will be a highly interactive session with space to engage with and learn from other Flux members.

    Facilitated by: Amy Wallace

    Amy, Partner at Evolution, is a leadership coach and facilitator specialising in working with startups and scaleups. Amy combines her coaching experience with an operator background, including 8 years at Slack where she moved from Customer Experience to building, growing and leading the App Directory team from its inception in 2015. While at Slack, she gained first-hand experience managing change and leading through hyper growth as the company grew from fewer than 50 people to 3000 people, through IPO to acquisition by Salesforce. This allowed her to understand personally the challenges, opportunities, and stresses of working in a high-growth and fast paced environment, from both an individual and a leadership perspective.
