Terms & Conditions

All Flux Memberships are annual commitments and are, therefore, non-refundable once purchased. Memberships provide access to a variety of exclusive resources, networking opportunities, and events throughout the year. If you would like to prevent auto-renewal of your membership, please contact us at info@fluxmember.com prior to the renewal date outlined in your confirmation email.

Flux events are planned with specific capacities to ensure all attendees gain the most from each session. Due to high demand, late cancellations can affect the quality of our events. With this in mind, we have a non-refundable period leading up to each event:

• Online Events & Workshops: Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded. Requests made after this time are non-refundable. Tickets purchased within 7 Days of a scheduled event are final and are not eligible for a refund.  

• In-Person Events & Workshops: Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of purchase can be fully refunded. Requests made after this time are non-refundable. TTickets purchased within 7 Days of a scheduled event are final and are not eligible for a refund.   

• In-Person Conferences & Retreats: Refund policies vary; please check individual event listings for specific cancellation terms.

Flux reserves the right to amend these policies and may adjust event-specific cancellation details. For the latest information, please check individual event listings or contact us with any questions.

In the unfortunate event that a Flux event cannot proceed as scheduled, we will strive to provide as much advance notice as possible. If we cancel an event, you will have the option of a full refund or to convert your payment into a Flux voucher, redeemable for future events.

All Flux Members and Founding Members receive access codes for discounted event tickets. These codes are exclusive to Flux Members and should not be shared outside the membership community. If a member shares their code to grant others access to discounted rates, they may forfeit their membership and will not receive a refund on any membership fees or event purchases.

For non-members who use a shared access code to purchase discounted tickets, attendance will be declined, and no refund will be issued.

By becoming a member or attending any Flux events, you agree to follow the Flux Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in restricted participation in future events or membership termination, with no refunds issued.
